In this post I'm going to tell some handsome ways through which you will look younger and it will slow down your aging. Now come to reality. Aging is natural process no one can stop it except god. As you age your skin starts to lose its moisture, become dry and more prone to damage.


Drink water frequently:
Our body contains 60% water and 40% other components. Which day to day consume this valuable resource which needs to be provided. We heard one common thing since childhood that which we should drink 8 glasses of water in a day. Yes, it is well said. Having adequate amounts of a water keeps our internal machinery  hydrated and active .It also improves our digestive system, helps in digestion and stop bowel irregularity. Last but not least. By following this method your skin looks flexible, vibrant and supple.
Reduce stress:
Every person got full of stress in their life. Let's take my example, in my country load shedding is a problem so great there is no electricity for hours, now there is no light and i'm working to pass my time.researchers have found that mental stress boost up the aging.  Lets see how it works when a person  stressed out, its body starting to lose the body's natural balance which in turn also cause serious damage like to bodily hormone secretion, cell repair and collagen generation . There are a number of ways for you to reduce the mental stress. I'm going to list some.

  • Yoga
  • Deep breathing
  • Meditation

It cuts down stress, boost oxygen and improve blood flow and energy level.
